How to Prepare Dahi Chicken | Chicken in Curd Gravy | Indian Chicken Curry Recipe
Dahi Chicken is a chicken curry sauce with regular natural yogurt. It is delicious in tasty and very tempting.So with Soumali learn how to make Dahi Chicken at home only on Soumali’s Kitchen.
Chicken – 500g,
Curd – 250g, thick and nicely beaten,
Onion – 3 large, finely sliced,
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp,
Red chilli powder – 1 and 1/2 tsp,
Coriander powder – 1 tsp,
Cumin powder – 1 tsp,
garam masala powder – 1 tbsp,
Salt to taste,
Oil – 1/2 cup,
Marinate the chicken with curd, all the dry spices and salt for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a pan, put onion and fry it until light brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste stir it nicely then put marinated chicken mix well and cook it until oil come out from the gravy.
Add 2 cups of water, cover it and cook it for 10 minutes in low flame.
When chicken has become soft then turn off the flame and serve hot.
