This drink is based on the popular HBO show...THE GAME OF THRONES! The cocktail is called Fire and Ice, and it's wild! It is at once ice cold and spicy hot from the jalapeno. It's a unique mix...we've never tasted anything quite like it, but it's badass--try it!

GAME OF THRONES COCKTAIL
1½ parts Basil Hayden's bourbon
¾ parts fresh lime juice
1 slice jalapeno
1 part pomegranate juice
½ part simple syrup
Splash of soda water
1. Muddle lime juice, jalapeno, pomegranate juice and simple syrup in a mixing tin.
2. Add bourbon and shake lightly for five seconds.
3. Strain into a Collins glass, add ice and top with soda water.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and pomegranate seeds.
COCTEL JUEGO DE TRONOS
1½ partes de bourbon de Basil Hayden
¾ partes de Jugo de Limón Fresco
1 Rebanada de Jalapeño
1 parte de Jugo de Granada
½ parte Jarabe Simple
Toque de Agua Carbonatada
1. Machaca el Jugo del limon, jalapeño, jugo de granada y el jarabe simple en una mezcla.
2. Añadir bourbon y agite suavemente durante cinco segundos.
3. Cuele en un vaso Collins, agregar el hielo y la parte superior con agua de soda.
4. Decore con una rueda de limón y semillas de granada.
