Perhaps the most insane recipe we've ever attempted... STRAWBERRY MANGO MOJITO BUBBLES! This is a whole new world of making drinks using molecular gastronomy! We made up an awesome mojito cocktail recipe, made it even tastier with the addition of strawberries and mangoes, and then did some crazy scientific stuff to turn the liquid into bubbles! These bubbles are even cooler than jello shots--the drink is enclosed in a bubble and pops in your mouth! Yay science!
