How To Make Nutella Banana Crêpes | न्युटेला बनाना क्रेप्स | French Dessert Recipes

A French delicacy loaded with flavours, crepes make for a great weekend brunch or breakfast option.

Ingredients:
– 1 Cup milk
– 2 Eggs
– ½ Cup powdered sugar
– 1 Tsp vanilla essence
– ½ Cup all purpose flour
– 50 Gms melted butter
– 3 Tbsp sugar
– 50 Gms melted butter
– 2 Bananas
– Nutella

Method:
1) In a bowl, add the milk, eggs & powdered sugar. Whisk well
2) Add the flour & vanilla essence. Whisk again
3) Put the mix through a sieve, placing a bowl underneath
4) Into the sieved mixture, add some melted butter. Mix well
5) The batter should have a think, runny consistency.
6) Brush the pan with butter
7) Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan
8) The crepes will cook on one side within seconds. Once that is done, flip over. Use your hands as the crepes are super delicate
9) In this way, make all your crepes & leave them aside

For caramelized bananas-
I1) n a separate pan, add sugar, followed by butter
2) Keep stirring them till the caramel sauce is formed
3) Now add sliced bananas to the caramel sauce & mix well
4) Fold your crepes into smooth triangles
5) Sprinkle the Nutella on top, followed by the caramelized bananas
