Ingredients:
Cake:
– 2 Eggs
– 25g Sugar (1/4 cup)
– 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
– 200g Cream cheese
– 30g Milk powder (1/4 Cup)
– 160g fine semolina (1 cup)
– 1 Tbsp baking powder
– 120ml cooking oil ( 1/2 Cup)

Filling cream:
– 400ml Milk
– 4 Tbsp cornstarch
– 200g Cream cheese

Syrup:
– 1 Cup of Sugar
– 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
– 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions:
Cake:
1. In a bowl, Crack 2 Eggs
2.Add 25g Sugar (1/4 cup)
3. Mix well
4. Add 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
5. Add 200g Cream cheese
6. Mix well
7. Add 30g Milk powder (1/4 Cup)
8. Mix well
9. Add 160g fine semolina (1 cup)
10. Add 1 Tbsp baking powder
11. Mix well
12. Add 120ml cooking oil ( 1/2 Cup)
13. Mix well
14. Pass the oil in the mold using a brush
15. Pour half the batter
16. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C-356 F for 10-15 minutes

Filling cream:
1. In a saucepan, pour 400ml Milk
2. Add 4 Tbsp cornstarch
3. Mix well
4. Add 200g Cream cheese
5. Mix well
6. Cook over medium-low heat until the cream is thick
7. Pour the cream over the cake
8. Let the cream cool
9. Once the cream has cooled, pour the rest of the batter over it.
10. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C-356 F for 7-10 minutes

Syrup:
1. In a saucepan, put 1 Cup of Sugar
2. Add 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
3. Add 1/2 Cup Water
4. Mix well
5. Leave on medium heat until boiling
6. Remove the cake from the oven and pour the syrup directly over it.
7. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight
