How to cook Achari Butter Chicken? Easy and Delicious New Recipe
Ingredients
• 1/2 kilogram boneless chicken in small pieces
• Paste of 1 medium sized onion
• Paste of 1 medium sized tomato
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoons garlic ginger paste
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 2 teaspoons achar gosht masala
• Almond paste – peel off 20 almonds and grind them in a grinder by adding some little bit water
• 1/2 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup of cream
• 2 green chilies
• 1/2 teaspoon achar gosht masala
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
