One of the easiest & tastiest desserts from India, Shahi tukda is a classic sweet fix!

Ingredients:
– 1/2 Cup sugar
– 1/4 Cup water
– Toasted Bread
– 1 Litre full fat milk
– 1/2 Cup condensed milk
– 2 Tsp cardamom powder
– Saffron strands
– Pistachios & almonds

Method:
1) In a pan take some water & add sugar to it.
2) Let this boil till the syrup has thickened.
3) Take some toasted bread pieces & soak them in the mix. Keep aside.
4) In another pan, take some milk.
5) Once the milk is hot, add condensed milk & keep stirring.
6) Let the milk come to a boil & then let it reduce.
7) Once the milk has reduced, add cardamom powder & stir.
8) Add saffron strands.
9) In a plate, place the toasted bread & put the mix over it.

Garnish with chopped almonds & pistachios & serve!
