– 50g frozen raspberries
– 50g frozen mango
– 50g frozen blueberries
– 30g vanilla whey protein
– 15g Complete Greens
– 15g chia seeds
– 200ml water
400 total calories: 51g Carbohydrates, 9g Fat, 30g Protein
