Ingredients:
?CHICKEN – 500GM
?CHOPPED PALAK – 1 CUP
?CHOPPED METHI SAAG – ½ CUP
?CHOPPED TOMATOES – 1 BIG SIZE
?CHOPPED ONIONS – 2 NOS
?GINGER GARLIC GREEN CHILLI PASTE – 2 TBSP
?THICK BEATEN CURD – 2 TBSP
?GARAM MASALA – ½ TSP
?CHILLI POWDER – ½ TSP
?SALT TO TASTE
?MILK – ¼ TH CUP
?OIL – 4 TBSP
?CREAM TO GARNISH (OPTIONAL)

Steps of preparation
✅Heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadhai/ pan.

✅Add onions, cook till light brown.

✅Add ginger garlic paste, cook for 1 minute.

✅Add tomato, cook till it turns mushy.

✅Add curd, chilli powder, salt, garam masala and
cook on high flame till oil separates.

✅Add chopped palak and methi leaves and
cook on high flame till all the excess water evaporates.

✅Let it transfer to mixing jar and blend to a smooth paste.

✅In another pan/kadhai heat 2tbsp oil, add chicken pieces and
stir-fry on medium flame for till water evaporates.

✅Add masala paste and cook till the masala sticks to the chicken pieces.

✅Add milk or water, low the flame, cover and cook for another
10 minutes till chicken is tender.

✅Remove the lid , again cook for 2 to 3 minutes till chicken
coated with masala.

✅Garnish with cream , serve hot with roti/ chapati.
