Ingredients
100 gms of Cilantro leaves
100 gms of Mint leaves
50 gms of curry leaves
12 Shallots
2 Green chillies
1 Tomato cut into pieces
300 gms of Chicken Breast cut into pieces
50 gms of garlic peeled
50 gms of ginger peeled
Half a spoon of pepper powder
Half a spoon of coriander powder
Salt to taste
20 ml of oil
500 ml of water

Preparation
Take the shallots, tomato, Green chillies, ,ginger , garlic, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt into a grinder and grind to a paste. Take the paste which can be used as the marinade and apply on the chicken pieces thoroughly. Now take the Cilantro leaves, mint leaves and curry leaves in the grinder and grind well. This can be used for the stew. Heat a pan and pour in 10 ml of oil and put in the chicken pieces covered with the ground marinade . Saute them thoroughly in the pan until the marinade is completely absorbed into the chicken pieces. Now pour in the ground mixture of the cilantro leaves, mint leaves and the curry leaves and mix and saute. Pour in 500 ml of water. Mix all the ingredients well. Now close and cook in high flame for 12 minutes with occasional stiriing. After 12 minutes check if the chicken is well cooked. If so the stew can be taken off the flame and served
