This smoothie is packed full of nutritious ingredients with numerous health benefits.

Cucumber;
Cucumbers has high-water content, which helps with hydration. They are also low in calories. Cucumbers are full of vitamins and minerals, like Vitamins C and K and potassium.

Apples;
Apples are a great source of nutrition – they are high in fiber and vitamin C. Apples are pretty low in calories, but the fiber helps fill you up.

Lemon;
Lemons are another fruit that is a fantastic source of vitamin C. Vitamin C has been shown to boost immunity and promote heart health. Lemons are also low in calories and high in fiber.

Carrot;
Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A in the form of beta carotene. They are also a good source of several B vitamins, as well as vitamin K and potassium.

Black Pepper;
Black pepper is rich in a potent antioxidant called piperine, which may help prevent free radical damage to your cells. Also helps to improve cholesterol levels, blood sugar control, brain and gut health.

250ml cup of apple(2 apples)
65ml cup of lemon juice(1 lemon)
2 Carrots
Pinch of black pepper
