1 cup flour = 125g
4 tsp Weikfield Cocoa Powder = 85g
1 tsp of Weikfield Baking Powder = 3g
1/2 tsp of baking soda = 2.5g
1 tsp salt = 5g
1 cup of Dark Chocolate = 113g
1 cup of water = 250 ml
1/2 cup of butter = 115g
1/2 cup of condensed milk = 125ml
2 cups of sugar = 250g
1 tsp vanilla essence = 15 ml
1 cup of milk = 250ml
1. In a bowl mix the flour, Weikfield Cocoa Powder, salt, Weikfield Baking Powder & baking soda keep aside for later.
2. Now cut the chocolate into small pieces & transfer to a bowl, melt for 30 sec in the microwave till melted.
3. Now in another bowl, whisk the condensed milk, sugar & vanilla , add the flour mix & melted sugar & mix till combined.
4. Pour into a tray & bake at 165c for 20 mins
once cooled down, cut into pieces & serve .
