ESPETADA WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
For Peri Per seasoning
• Kashmiri Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Oil for frying
• Red Chili powder 2 tsp
• Black Pepper 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Sour cream 1/4 cup
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Flour 1 tsp
• Oil 4 tbsp
• Lemon juice 3 tbsp
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
• Ginger Paste 1 tsp
• Chicken thighboneless ½ kg
• Capsicum Diced 1 Cup
• Onion Diced 1 Cup
• Corn boiled 1
• Rice 1 cup
• Food coloring a pinch

Method :
Make seasoning with Kashmiri powder, black pepper, salt, pepper, Oregano, Sugar, Flour, Oil, vinegar, and ginger paste and let it marinate over the chicken and set aside for 4 hours.
Now add in sour cream and using each skewer insert chicken properly. Bake it for 15 mins at 180c or shallow fry.
Serve with rice.
