1 ½ tbsp---------------Cooking Oil
2 medium-------------Onion
1 medium-------------Tomato
1 tsp---------------------Cumin
1 inch-------------------Ginger
10 flakes--------------Garlic
2 pcs--------------------Green Chilies
100 grams------------Curd
1 pcs---------------------Lemon juice
Salt as per taste
GRAVY MASALA
1 tsp------------Meat Masala(my preference
Everest)
½ tsp-----------Red Chili Powder
½ tsp-----------Haldi Powder
1 tsp------------Coriander Powder
GARAM MASALA
1 inch-----------Cinnamon Stick
1 pcs------------Black Cardimom
1 pcs------------Green Cardimom
1 pcs------------Pathar Phol
1 flower--------Javitri
3 pcs------------Cloves
4 pcs------------Pepper
CHICKEN GRAVY RECIPE:
00:00 Chicken Gravy Recipe – Intro
00:05 Add oil in pressure cooker. Heat oil on
medium flame.
00:13 Add roughly chopped onion.
00:21 Add chopped tomatoes.
00:26 Add whole spices (Khada Masala).
00:38 Mix up everything.
00:47 Add water. Cover cooker lid. Cook on
medium flame for 8-10 minutes. Till
onion, tomatoes get soft. If water is
left cook on high flame till oil
separates.
01:20 Add Cumin seed (jeera).
01:30 Add ginger, garlic & green chili paste.
01:42 Add gravy masala and cook till oil
separates.
02:06 Add beaten curd to gravy and cook on
low flame. Till oil separates.
02:20 Add washed skinless chicken. Cook
on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
02:27 Add lemon juice, salt as per taste &
water. Mix up everything well.
02:49 Cover cooker with lid and cook till
done.
03:04 Cook for another 2 minutes, to make
gravy thick.
03:11 Easy Chicken Gravy is ready to dish
out.
03:22 Garnish with coriander leaves, chat
masala and lemon juice. Serve hot
with roti and rice(pulao).
