Ingredients:

2 tablespoons oil
500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
100g onions, finely chopped
200g tomatoes, chopped
3/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
4 tablespoons yogurt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
A pinch of garam masala
2 green chilies, sliced
4 tablespoons milk cream

Method:

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the boneless chicken until lightly browned, then set it aside.
In the same pan, add more oil if needed, and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic. Add finely chopped onions and cook until soft.
Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for an additional minute. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until mushy.
Lower the heat and add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
Add yogurt to the mixture and return the sautéed chicken to the pan. Mix to coat the chicken in the gravy.
Sprinkle black pepper, garam masala, and add sliced green chilies for heat.
Pour in milk cream to add richness. Simmer on low heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the flavors meld together.
Serve your delicious chicken curry with steamed rice or naan.
