Today I am going to be sharing a very special recipe with you, a very simple but very delicious, tasty mango smoothie. So let’s go and get started and let’s do some magic with fruit.

We are going to make a very simple mango smoothie I have chopped up the mango already as I showed you on the other videos where I’ve shown you how to tell if it’s ripe. I’ve shown you how to chop a mango in about 12 different ways so you have no excuse, but to know exactly how to chop mango. How to ripen them at home? How to stop them ripening too fast. Everything you need to know. I’ve shown you in previous videos, so now we’re going to use some of these beautiful juiciness, mango juiciness, and make a mango smoothie and this is very, very simple. Simple recipes are the best ones because you get full flavor mango, so it must be my main goal. Otherwise it tastes nice. And also we’re going to use freshly squeezed orange juice. Make sure that it definitely comes from fresh, oranges that you’ve juiced yourself.

if you use store bought juice, it could actually make your blood sugar levels spike, where as fresh juice doesn’t do that. It keeps you stable. So when people have sometimes seen their blood sugar levels spike, it’s maybe because they’re not eating fresh fruit and maybe it’s not ripe and you could be eating it in combination with other foods that don’t agree with fruit.

So all we’re going to do is we’re going to juice about five oranges. It depends on the size of the orange juice it. And this makes about two cups of fresh squeezed orange juice. We’re just going to add that and then to the blender. Now add four cups of mango to the blender.

Now, I’m going to blend this up in about half a minute because they didn’t really need any longer than this. You could have one to two cups of ice, but I didn’t because I like a room temperature smoothie.
