Who knew brownies could be a healthy dessert?!

In this video Nina and Randa show us a healthy vegan dessert idea! Being healthy can still taste good and be quick and easy with the right recipes. So here is a quic and healthy dessert idea! This is the first cooking video for Just Like That so we wanted to start out with one of the most delicious treats: brownies! These brownies are fast & easy to make, the recipe found we found on Pinterest includes an interesting ingredient we had to test out: beans!
Here’s the recipe:
1 1/2 cups Agave Nectar
1 Can of Black Beans
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 “Fake Eggs” (Egg Replacer – found at Whole Foods)
1/4 Cup Flour
Fun tip: You can eat as much batter as you want because there is no actual eggs so you won’t get sick! Yay!
Combine all the ingredients and pour them into a pan with parchment paper. Parchment paper allows you to take the brownies out of the pan much easier and you don’t have to use any oils with added fat, like butter of cooking spray. Make sure to preheat the oven to 350 and then stick the brownies in the oven for 30 minutes!
Then you can cut the brownies and enjoy! They taste great and you won’t feel guilty eating these because the ingredients are a bit healthier- we didn’t even use any added sugar, just agave nectar to sweeten them!
