Delicious and Nutritious Ragi Smoothie Recipe | Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Welcome to our channel! In today’s video, we’ll show you how to make a delightful Ragi Smoothie that’s not only incredibly tasty but also packed with nutrition. Ragi, also known as finger millet, is a powerhouse of nutrients and is an excellent addition to your breakfast routine.

2 teaspoons of ragi flour
1 cup of water.
Soaked dates
1 teaspoon of flaxseeds
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
4 peeled soaked almonds
2 walnut kernels
Foxnuts (makhane)

In a kadai, add 2 teaspoons of ragi flour and 1 cup of water. Mix them thoroughly.
Turn on the gas and cook the mixture on low heat and keep stirring. When the mixture thickens, turn off the gas and let it cool.
Then, transfer this cooked cooled ragi mixture into a blender, add soaked dates, 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds, 4 peeled soaked almonds, 2 walnut kernels, foxnuts (makhane), and milk to the blender.
Blend everything together.
Your tasty and nutritious ragi smoothie is ready to enjoy!
