Daily Green Smoothie Recipe

Hey it’s Lacey today I am going to show you how to make our daily green smoothie recipe! Make sure to purchase what you can organic which means it’s in its grown in its most natural form without harmful pesticides and wash all your veggies beforehand. This recipe makes about two servings and can be enjoyed daily!
Recipe & Instructions:
Start with two decent sized handfuls of spinach
3 stalks of celery
1 green apple
1 spoonful of coconut oil
2 spoonfuls of chia seeds
Squeeze 1 lemon
Add in 2 cups of water as your base
Blend it all on high for a few seconds
Drink or store in a glass jar in the fridge for later. All the ingredients in this smoothie are so healthy, anti inflammatory with high amounts of vitamins and minerals.
