Ingredients
For Marination
Chicken 500 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Mint leaves 3 tbsp
Curd 200 grams

For Gravy
Whole Garam masala
Bay leaves 2 nos
Black Cardamom 1 no
Cinnamon sticks 1 no
Cloves 3 nos
Onions 2 medium size chopped
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Water 2 cups
Oil 3 tbsp

Method

For Marination
Take a bowl and put chicken, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, mint leaves and curd. Mix all these ingredients well and marinate for 1 hour.

For Gravy
Take a vessel and put oil. Then add all the whole garam masalas. Stir for few seconds. Now add chopped onions and fry till it turns light brown at medium heat. Then add the marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes until the raw smell is gone. Now add black pepper powder and water. Mix well. Cook for 20 minutes until its done.

Serve hot with rice or roti
