Ingredients (材料):

250g bread flour (面包粉)
50g plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp (3g) instant yeast (即溶干酵母)
30g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (甜炼奶)
130ml Cold water (冷水)
1 large egg (鸡蛋) ~ grade A
30g butter (牛油)

Filling (馅料):
2 tbsp oil (油)
1 onion , chopped (洋葱,切碎)
1 sprig curry leaves (1支咖喱叶)
2 tbsp curry powder (咖喱粉)
3 tbsp Water (水)

250g chicken meat, diced(鸡肉,切丁)
2 potatoes, diced (马铃薯,切丁)
Some water (适量水)
1/2 tsp salt (盐)
1 tsp sugar(糖)
1/2 tsp chicken stock granules (鸡精粉)
