【Crispy beef】
Ingredients:
1000g beef
200g flour/100g starch/2 eggs/20ml soy sauce/20g salt/500ml vegetable oil

step:
1. After cleaning the beef, cut into thin strips.
2. Add eggs, soy sauce and salt and stir well.
3. Add the fabric, starch, appropriate amount of water, stir into a paste, and marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Put oil in the pot, wait for the oil temperature to rise, add beef strips, fry on low heat until golden and crispy.

PS: The fried crispy beef can be eaten directly,
or it can be boiled with water, and vegetables are added to make a boiled crispy beef

【酥肉】
配料:
牛肉 1000g
麵粉200g/澱粉100g/雞蛋2個/醬油20ml/鹽20g/植物油500ml

步驟:
1.牛肉清洗後,切成細長條。
2.加入雞蛋、醬油、鹽攪拌均勻。
3.加入面料、澱粉,適量水,攪拌成糊狀,醃製30分鐘。
4.鍋中放油,等油溫升高,放入牛肉條,小火炸至金黃酥脆撈起。

PS: 炸好的酥肉,可以直接吃,也可以再加水煮爛,加入蔬菜,做一道煮酥肉
