INGREDIENTS
3 to 3 1/2 lbs (1.36 kg to1.58 kg) bone-in chicken
3 cups (710 ml) Mexican Coca-Cola
2 Tbsp spice blend *recipe below
1/3 cup to 1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce
cooking oil for frying
**FLOUR DREDGE**
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp spice blend
**WET MIX**
2 large eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup of flour dredge
**SPICE BLEND MIX**
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoning
1 Tbsp Salt-Free Poultry Blend Mix
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon pepper
