This smoothie is perfect for a balanced and quick breakfast. It’s a family favourite, who doesn’t want snickers in breakfast! , and without the sugar and carbs, it’s keto friendly too. You can add some roasted peanuts for extra crunch.
1 frozen banana,
Chia seeds soaked overnight in milk( 1 cup after soaking),
Sugar free chocolate peanut butter(Use cocoa powder and plain peanut butter if chocolate peanut butter is not handy)
1/2 cup milk( Of your choice)
1 Tbsp yogurt
