Ingredients for Chocolate Mousse:
35g Custard Powder
125g Cooking Chocolate
1 Cup of Water
50g Sugar (adjust to your taste buds)
6g Gelatin (vegetarian substitute - agar agar)
200ml double cream (whipped to soft peaks)
Ingredients for Cream Frosting:
200ml double cream
4 Tablespoon Icing Sugar (adjust to taste buds)
