ingredients
5 eggs
150 g of minced chicken
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
0,5 tbsp oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1 egg
20 g garlic, chopped
5 green chilies, cut into rings
3 red chilies, cut into rings
3 tbsp tomato sauce
150 cc water
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
0.5 tsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch water
process
-Marinated minced chicken with vinegar, soy sauce, oil, cornstarch, and add egg mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-prepare a frying pan and add a little oil to the pan using a kitchen tissue spread it evenly
after the temperature of the pan is hot enough, fry the eggs one by one until done, add  sprinkle a little salt, cook until doneness to taste
-add 2 tbsp oil, Once the oil is hot enough, put the chicken in the pan, use chopsticks or a spatula to stir the chicken, Cook the chicken until it turns pale white in medium heat. Minced chicken in the marinade will break easily and won’t clump up when cooked
-add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant, add red and green chilies, 3 tbsp tomato sauce
cook evenly until the aroma of the sauce comes out, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and cook until the aroma of soy sauce comes out. add water, sugar, sald, white pepper , mix well and put the fried eggs into the pan, cook for 1 minute on medium-low heat, edd 1 tbsp cornstarch water and cook until the gravy thicken.
-turn off the heat and serve with warm rice.
