Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Butter Masala (2 Servings):
For Chicken Tikka:
1. Boneless Chicken – 200 gms, cut into 1-inch cubes
2. Salt – ½ tsp or as per taste
3. Sugar – as per taste
4. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
5. Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
6. Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
7. Garam Masala Powder – ¼ tsp
8. Red Chili Powder – ¼ tsp or as per your taste
9. Chicken Masala – ¼ tsp
10. Lemon Juice – ¼
11. Curd – 2 tbsp
12. Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
13. Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp

For Gravy:
1. Cinnamon Stick – 1 to 2
2. Cloves – 2 to 3
3. Black Peppercorns – 2 to 3
4. Garlic Cloves – 4 to 5
5. Ginger – 2-inch long, roughly chopped
6. Onion – 1 medium-sized, sliced
7. Tomato – 3 to 4 medium-sized, sliced
8. Watermelon Seeds – 1 tbsp, pre-soaked
9. Sunflower Seeds – 1 tbsp, pre-soaked
10. Cashew Nuts – 3 to 4, pre-soaked
11. Coriander Leaves – a few, chopped
12. Green Chilies – 1 or 2
13. Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
14. Red Chili Powder – ¼ tsp or as per your taste
15. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – ¼ tsp or as per your choice
16. Unsalted Butter – 1-inch cube
17. Fresh Cream – ¼ cup
18. Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp

For Garnishing:
1. Fresh Cream – 1 tbsp
2. Fresh Mint Leaves – 2 to 3
