Ingredients:-
Chicken strips – 500gm
Salt – 1tbsp
Black pepper pwd – 1tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1tbsp
Red chilli pwd – 1tbsp
Soy sauce – 1tbsp
Red chilli sauce – 1tbsp
Green chilli sauce – 1tbsp
Vinegar – 1tbsp
Schezwan – 1tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1tbsp
All purpose flour as required
Whole Egg as required
Vermicelli as required
Oil for fry

Chicken sticks is a wonderful Recipe , in which chicken is marinated into spices,then cooked , weaved into sticks, then dipped into seasoned eggs , lastly rolled in vermicelli and shallow fried into golden brown & crisp from all sides. I love this Recipe as Chicken sticks are not only easy, simple , delicious but is less time consuming,  crispy from outside and full of flavors inside, the best part is you do not need any kind of chutney or sauces to accompany it with, but if you wish to , the apt one I tried was Mayonnaise and it was another level.
