Ingredients 500 boneless chicken Salt to taste 2 taps ginger garlic paste 1 heaped tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp schezwan sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 3 eggs salt to taste 1 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsps maida For the Sauce 3 tbsps oil 3 tsps chopped garlic 1 tsp schezwan chutney 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp vinegar 2 tbsps water 1/2 tsp sugar or honey 1 tbsp cornflour diluted in 1/4th cup water (Cornflour slurry) For garnish Mint leaves/Coriander leaves Spring greens Link for Schezwan Chutney https://youtu.be/VXNkmxBazZ8
