Chicken Masala Kleji :
serves 5-6

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Chicken Kaleji 1 Kg
-Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup
-Garlic (Lehsan) 1Tbs
-Ginger (adrak) paste 1Tbs
-Tomatoes (Tamatar) 1 Cup Chopped
-Onion (Piyaz) 2 Medium Chopped
-Turmeric powder (Haldee powder) 1/2 Tbs
-Green chillies (Hari mirch) 3-4 Chopped
-Podina (mint leaves) 4 Tbs
-Turmeric powder (Haldee powder) 1/2 Tbs
-Red chilli powder (Lal Mirch powder) 1 Tbs
-Coriander powder (Dhania powder) 1 Tbs
-Red chilli flakes (Dhara mirch) 1/2 Tbs
-Salt (namak) 1 Tbs
-Zeera powder (cumin seeds)1 Tbs
-Garam Masala Powder 1 Tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)

Directions:
– Add onion in a chopper & chop well, then set aside.
-Add tomatoes in a chopper & chop well, then set aside.
-Add 1/2 cup cooking oil , chopped onion in a wok and saute until translucent
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for a minute.
-Add tomatoes and mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add mint leaves and mix well.
-Add turmeric powder
-Add red chili powder
-Add coriander powder
-Add red chili flakes
-Add salt
-Mix well cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
-Add chicken liver, mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
-Add garam masala powder, mix well and cook until oil separates (4-5 minutes)
-Add fresh coriander
-Garnish with fresh coriander, green chili.
-Serve with yogurt green chatni!
