Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Tomato paste – 4 tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Whole spices
Cinnamon stick – 4 small sticks
Cloves – 8
Green cardamom – 4
Black cardamom – 2
Pepper corns – 1/2 tsp
fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf – 4
Dry lemon – 1
Basmati Rice – 1 – 1/2 cup
Tomato – 3
