Chicken Lollipop is finger licking and mouth watering chicken starter recipe. It is spicy and tasty and also one of the popular Indian Chinese cuisine. So make these restaurant favourite lollipops at home with chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar.
Ingredients
Marination
1/2 kg chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
coriander leaves
Batter
4-5 tbsp of all purpose flour
3 tsp corn flour
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 egg
water
Method
– Marinate the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste and coriander leaves.
– Make batter by adding all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, egg and water and whisk it in a way that there are no lumps.
– Heat some oil in the pan.
– Dip the marinated chicken wings into the batter.
– And fry them into the heated oil.
– Once they are cooked properly take them off.
– Chicken Lollipop is ready to be served.
