Chicken Korma Curry Recipe is an authentic . Chicken korma is a gravy prepared with onion, ginger & garlic, cashew nuts & hot spices makes it delicious . Chicken Curry also called a Chicken Korma or Murghi Ka Korma is a special , that everybody can make such amazing recipe at home….

Ingredients :-

Chicken – 500 gm
Curd – 1oo gms (biten)
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin seed powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee – 1 cup
Cashew nuts – 8 pc (Soak it in water for 15 minutes)
Onions – 200 gms (cut into slices pies)
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Cloves – 10
Green cardamoms – 6
Cinamon stick – (1 nich) 3 pice
Jaifal – 1/4 tsp powdered
Javitri – 1/4 tsp powdered
Kewra water – 1 tsp
