Anardana Chicken/ Pomegranate Chicken is a flavourful chicken preparation from Himachal Pradesh. Chicken is cooked in aromatic spices and dried pomegranate seeds that add a unique tangy flavor to the dish. Makes a perfect meal with both rice and naan.

Anardana Chicken Ingredients –
0:00 – To Marinate Chicken
1 Kg Chicken
1 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seed Powder
3 tsp Dried Pomegranate Seed Powder
1 tsp Salt

1:25 – To Make Chicken Anardana Gravy
3 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
1 Bay Leaf
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
5 Green Cardamoms
6 -7 Cloves
3 Onions (finely chopped)
1 inch Ginger (finely chopped)
6 garlic cloves (chopped)
Marinated Chicken
1/2 tsp Salt
1 blade mace
1/4 piece Nutmeg
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Pomegranate Arils
Coriander Leaves
