Recipe is for 4 smoothies
50:50 water and oatmilk (or a non dairy almond milk, flax milk etc)
Fresh greens (spinach, chard, kale)
2 bananas
Blueberries
Peanut butter (almond butter)

Optional extras for flavor and nutritional quality:
Chia seeds (ground)
Flax seeds (ground)
Hemp seeds (ground)
Spirulina (blue/green algae)
Maca powder
Curcumin
Tumeric powder
Organic rolled oats

Ice cubes (number depends on whether your bananas and/or blueberries were frozen
