Carrots are good for eyes in general. Who doesn't love to eat raw carrots? But hey there's a better way to get all those vitamins in carrots. Try #CarrotKheer is an easy 10 minute recipe that's yummy, tasty & healthy. Cooking: In a hot pan, add a glass of milk. Add 2 sliced carrots. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Do not put the mixture in a blender while it's still hot. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend the mixture. Add 5 drops of vanilla essence and mix it well. Pour it in a glass.
