Butter Chicken Ingredients:
Water – 200ml
Roughly Chopped Tomatoes – 400 gm
Roughly Cut Onions – 100 gm
Garlic Cloves – 8
Ginger – 1 inch
Bay Leaf – 1
Black Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 3
Green Cardamom – 3
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1.5 tbsp
Cashews – 7-8
Butter – 1.5 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Butter – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Slitted Green Chilli – 2
Cooked Tandoori Chicken(shredded or cut into pieces) or can also use Chicken Tikka
Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves(Slightly Roasted & Crushed) – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tsp + Kewra Water/Rose Water – 1-2 drops
Butter – 1 tsp

Tandoori Chicken Ingredients:
4 Full Chicken Leg Piece
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Mustard Oil – 3 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1.5 tbsp
Hung Curd – 200 gm
Lemon – 1/2
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Chat Powder – 1 tbsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) – 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Oil/Butter – 1 tbsp
Small Piece of Charcoal
Ghee – 1 tsp
