BUTTER CHICKEN RECIPE || RESTAURANT STYLE AT HOME


BUTTER CHICKEN RECIPE INGREDIENTS 600 grams chicken ( you'll can use boneless chicken ) MARINATION 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp salt. Half tsp coriander powder. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. 3 tbsps oil. 80 grms curds. 1 tbsp lemon juice. [ mix and let it marinate for 10 - 20 minutes ] BUTTER CHICKEN GRAVY. In a pan heat some oil and butter. Saute 300 grms finely chopped onions. 500 grms finely chopped tomatoes. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Salt for taste. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Half tsp coriander powder. Half tsp turmeric powder. 1 tsp garam masala. [ mix well ] Some chopped cashewnuts. 2-3 tbsps of sugar. 2 tbsps of vinegar. 2 glasses of water. Mix and let it simmer for 8 - 10 minutes. Once cooked , let it cool. In a frying pan add some oil and butter and fry the marinated pieces of chicken. The burntish part gives the chicken a grilled flavour. Blend the cooled mixture into a fine puree. Then transfer it into the same pan and add 2 tsp of tomato sauce. After giving it one boil and the chicken and mix Cook for another 6-7 minutes. Give another mix and add 5 - 6 spoons of cream. Mix Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy. ?
