Butter Chicken, Butter Chicken Recipe at Home Restaurant style, Murgh Makhani, Food Cooking Videos
Cooking Procedure:
1. In a Vessel take big size Chicken pieces and marinate with Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala.
2. Now in another pan add Oil and Fry the marinated Pieces until they turn golden brown. Remove them from oil and keep aside.
3. Now in the same pan add Butter and fry Onions, Green Chilies (can add some water), Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Tomatoes and cook for 10mins.
4. Now make the mixture into fine paste and keep aside.
5. Now in a cooking vessel add the excess oil from chicken pieces and pour the blended gravy.
6. Now add Kasuri Methi(fenugreek Leaves), Butter, Curd and Cook for 10 mins.
7. Now add Chicken Pieces and let it become slightly thick consistency.
8. Finally add garam masala and Tasty Butter Chicken is Ready.
