Buffalo Chicken Tacos made in the instant pot with simple ingredients like buffalo sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper. I made a delicious coleslaw for inside the taco with cabbage mix, ranch, buffalo sauce, and lime. Topped with avocado and cilantro. They are so good! Such a quick easy dinner in the instant pot. We had ours with tortillas that were half wheat half corn and they were perfect. But any kind of tortilla would be good!

8 Chicken thighs
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce

Juice of 1 lime
