Healthy Fusion https://www.youtube.com/@HealthyFoodFusion Food Fusion Kids https://www.youtube.com/@FoodFusionKids Boti Kabab Malai Masala Serves: 6-7 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Boneless Beef (cubes) 1 kg -Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 1 & ½ tbs -Hari mirch paste (Green chilli paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Dahi (yogurt) 1 Cup -Pyaz (Onion) fried ¼ cup -Sabut Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs -Kali mirch (Black pepper) Crushed ½ tsp -Olpers cream ¼ Cup -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium -Kaju powder (Cashew powder) 2 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Cooking oil ½ cup -Olper’s cream ½ cup -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Elaichi powder (cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Hari Mirch (Green chilli) sliced -Hara Dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Direction: -In a pot, add boneless beef, raw papaya paste, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, fried onion, coriander, red chilli powder, pink salt, cumin, black pepper, cream & mix well. -Cover & marinate for 2-3 hours. -Remove the cover, add onion slices, cashew powder, fresh coriander, cooking oil, mix well. -Turn on the flame, mix well, bring it to a simmer, cover & cook on low flame, for 1 hour or until fully tender, stir in between. -Remove cover mix well, cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes or until oil separates. -Add olpers cream, black pepper crushed, garam masala powder, mix well, cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. -Remove cover, mix well, add green chilli slices, fresh coriander, cover & cook on low flame for 1 minute & its ready. -Serve with chapati
