Salt - 1 Tsp
Onion - medium Chopped

Coriander Leaves
( Beef Curry )
Beef - 500 g
Ghee - 4 Tbsp.
Cardamom - 4 Pods
Cinnamon - small piece
Curry And Pandan ( rampe ) Leaves
Onion - 3 Big Sized
Tomato - 2 Big ( Pureed )
Salt - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Chili powder - 1 Tbsp.
Coriander Powder - 2 Tbsp.
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Water - 5 Cups ( Add Gradually as needed )
Thick Coconut Milk - 1 Cup
