HOW TO COOK BEEF PASANDAY?

Marinate Beef Pasanday atleast 30 minutes ahead of its cooking.

Place a pan on stove and start transferring whole beef pasanday in it and cook it for 30-40 minutes well from both sides untill water dries up.

We are preparing a side which goes well with beef pasanday. Fir this side preparation, in a pan, add fries, peas, salt per taste, blackpepper powder alongwith some water and now leave it covered. Cook it on very low heat in its steam. Once its ready, We will serve this with our cooked beef pasanday recipe.

Cook Time : 45 mins

Total Time : 50 mins

Ingredients :

3- 4 lbs beef strips Pasanday cut

2-3 tbsp oil

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

3 cup yogurt

1 tbsp red chili powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Salt Per taste

1 Lemon

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tsp blackpepper powder

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tbsp garam masala powder

Peas ( side preparation ingredients from here to onward )

Potato fries sliced

Salt & blackpepper powder as per taste

Water

Instructions :

In a bowl, transfer all tenderized beef pasanday

Add yogurt, garlic ginger paste, add all above mentioned spices mix well and leave aside for 30 minutes marination.

Now in a cooking pan, first of all pour some cooking oil then transfer all marinated beef pasanday and cook it thoroughly untill cooked well from both sides.

Serve it with prepared side like I have prepared here. For that cut thin slices of potatoes with some peas and prepare in little bit of salt n peppers and then serve beef pasanday and side with some chapatis.
