NUTELLA CHEESE CAKE RECIPE:
2 packets of oreo cookies (274 grams)
3 tablespoons melted butter. Add 2 tablespoons, see how you go and add the 3rd if needed.
500 grams philladelphia cheese
160 grams caster sugar
250 grams sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 heaped tablespoons Nutella (or a hazelnut spreak like Nuttino will do)
crushed chocolate chip cookies, about half a cup.

You might also want some white chocolate, strawberries, maltesers, meringues and choc chip cookies to decorate 🙂

In these video tutorials, I normally use Bakels Premixes to save on time.
(Bakels is a bakery grade cake premix. Another great one is Allied Mills)

I use these butter based cakes above because they are sturdy under fondant and stable at room temperature, as are the muds.

HYBRID BUTTERCREAM / SHORTENING AND BUTTER BASED BUTTERCREAM (not ideal under fondant, but great for warmer conditions):
