BACON CHEESEBURGER PASTA with @CheatDayEats
This pasta salad might be my favorite one yet! It’s SOOO good! Give it a try and lmk what you think!
1 lb dried medium shell pasta
½ lb lean ground beef, cooked, crumbled, and cooled
1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
½ lb thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy, chopped
½ cup chopped pickles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups shredded lettuce
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
1 tsp white wine vinegar
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
-Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
-Make the sauce: In a large serving bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, and relish.
-Add the pasta to the bowl, along with the ground beef, tomatoes, bacon, pickles, cheddar cheese, and lettuce. Toss well to combine. Top with sesame seeds, then chill for a few hours before serving.
