Apple Dates Smoothie
Recipe:
Ingredients:
. Apples - 2
. Chopped Dates - 1/2 cup
. Soaked almonds - 10 to 12
. Cold milk - 1.5 cup
. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Method:
. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend well.
. Garnish with dates and chopped almonds.
