This oatmeal smoothie is packed with vitamins, minerals, vitamin E, omega-3s, healthy fats and much more! its filling, tasty, and easy to make on those busy mornings. You just have to add all the ingredients into a blender and blend, breakfast is served! so easy!

oats: 3 heaped tbsp
1 whole ripe banana
1 tbsp flaxseeds :
2 pieces cinnamon stick :
1 tsp roasted oats
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cacao nibs
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp chia seeds

You can use any brand of oats.
Why you need to roast the oats?
whole oats even though are lightly cooked contains small amounts of phytic acid which may cause digestion issues, stomach upsets for some. So, soaking the oats in an acidic medium or lightly toasting it is highly recommend for good digestion.
