INGREDIENTS
2 pound chicken boneless cut into cubes
2 tbsp butter (for cooking chicken)
1 tub mushrooms - 150 grams
1 tbsp butter (for cooking mushrooms)
1 large onion chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup milk
284 ml of Emlea double cream alternative
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 asda ready rolled puff pastry sheets
oven proof dish
egg wash
preheat oven to 180c
