Finger Steak | Beef Finger Stear Fry Recipe by Chef Wajeeha in hindi/urdu | Beef Steak with vegetables
That's one of my favourite go-to dinner recipe. these are the best simple and juicy steak you ever tried it before. It injects extra flavour without overpowering the natural flavour of beef, and makes the meat tender.
ingredients:
beef (thinly cut in a finger shape) 1 kg
salt 1 tbsp
black pepper powder 1 tbsp
synthetic vinegar 6 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 6 tbsp
bbq sauce 2 tbsp
oyster sauce 3 tbsp
thyme 1 1/2 tbsp
red dry chillies 2
oil 1/4 cup
potato 1 (cut in a wedges shape)
spring onion 1 cup
ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
method:
1) in a pan add oil, then add finger beef saute it for 5 minute then add ginger Garlic paste saute it for more 5 minutes.
2) then add salt, black pepper powder, synthetic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, thyme, bbq sauce and red dry chillies. saute it well and cook on a medium flame for atleast 10 minute. take out the steak from a pan.
3) in the same pan add potatoes (blanched) and spring onion you can add broccoli too. saute veges for 5 minute and served with finger steak. Enjoy!!!
