Ingredients: Almond Milk (Substitute with any milk of your choice) Spinach (Substitute with Kale or Swiss chard or any other green that you think might fit this recipe) Bananas Mangoes Pineapple Ginger Vanilla essence Dates Walnuts Peanut Powder Chia seeds Hemp seeds Notes: - You can make this with the ingredients available to you. - You can add oats to this for making this a complete meal. - No sugar or sugar substitutes needed for this recipe.
